Carrot Coriander Soup ( Sup Wortel dan Daun Ketumbar)

Carrot Coriander Soup is a delicious lunch or dinner menu. Besides that, this soup is the carbohydrate foods, so as it can put our energy back on its feet. Carrot Coriander Soup is appropriate served with crispy whole wheat bread. The ingredients of this soup itself is lentils, olive oil, onion, potato, carrot, chicken broth, coriander, freshly grated nutmeg, salt, and black pepper.

1)  Potato

                                 NSP (fiber)

                                 Zat besi
                                 Carbohydrate

Excess:
  • Vitamin B3; to maintain the nervous system and digestive, to skin health and normal growth.
