Grapefruit and Cashew Salad (Salad Jeruk Bali dan Kacang Mete)

Grapefruit and Cashew Salad is not only refresh but also contains a high nutrient for our body. This salad ad salad salad can also be served with roasted potatoes or bread for a filling meal.

Like the name of menu above, the main ingredients used in this salad is grapefruit and cashew nuts. Meanwhile, for the sauce itself contains of sunflower oil, corn oil / other vegetable oils, white wine vinegar tea, soft mustard tea (e.g. Dijon), salt, and black or white pepper. Those are which distinguishes this grapefruit and cashew salad with others. In generally, salad is served in an appetizer’s menu, including this salad. Grapefruit and cashew salad can also be served with roasted potatoes or bread for a filling meal. From the ingredients of salad which have been mentioned above, we can see that there are many nutrients that are contained in this salad.

  • Orange contains antioxidant and vitamin C to boost the immune system.

·      Magnesium is to release energy from food, to help vitamin B works, growth and repair of body cells, transmission of nerve impulses throughout the body.
